Reorganization of VIAB under the legislative branch

Matthew Benka, noting that the Senate and House have agreed to jointly appoint the VIAB director in the legislation that reorganizes VIAB under the legislative branch, requests help from Michael Jay and Jason Powell from the House Appropriations Committee to secure funding for VIAB.
